Abstract

El presente artículo describe un modelo conceptual a manera de síntesis sobre el liderazgo en el contexto de las organizaciones, el cual permite su comprensión y facilita su desarrollo. El modelo se concentra en las características comportamentales, denominadas aquí maestrías: personal, desarrollo de otros, cambio, resultados y técnica. Estas son determinantes para que un líder sea exitoso en las nuevas realidades empresariales. También se propone que es posible desarrollar tales maestrías.
