Análisis del campo de emprendimiento desde un estudio de casos

Abstract

El emprendimiento como campo de investigación, ha sido analizado desde múltiples ópticas con el objeto de comprender el proceso de la creación de empresas, pero también para descubrir la forma adecuada de promoveresta práctica. Partiendo de una revisión del estado del arte, se determinó que por medio de un estudio de casos se podrían hallar elementos que explicaran: ‘qué hace un individuo para crear una organización’. La investigación se realizó con siete empresarios de diferentes sectores económicos, ubicados en el departamento de Casanare, Colombia. La aplicación del principio de triangulación aseguró la validez en los hallazgos de la información obtenida. En los resultados del estudio se encuentra un modelo que explica los motivantes para la creación de una organización, los factores que propician el surgimiento de la empresa, y los impulsores para el crecimiento de esta. La información obtenida se convierte en base de nuevas investigaciones en emprendimiento, y formula algunas bases sobre la educación en este campo.
