Abstract

Resumen: este artículo hace una reconstrucción analítica del proceso de Desarme, Desmovilización y Reinserción .DDR. de las Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia .AUC.. Presenta, en su primera parte, un breve recuento del origen, evolución y situación de esta estructura armada antes de iniciar el proceso de DDR; en la segunda, desarrolla el marco teórico que se utilizará para analizar este proceso; en la tercera, aplica el modelo y analiza sus tres etapas (desarme, desmovilización y reinserción); finalmente se concluye, haciendo algunas anotaciones sobre las debilidades del proceso y la necesidad de aprender de esta experiencia
