Desarrollo local, una estrategia para tiempos de crisis

Abstract

Teniendo como telón de fondo la crisis económica, el artículo trata sobre cómo en tales circunstancias es preciso que el desarrollo endógeno de las localidades permita una más rápida integración con la economía internacional, de tal manera que sus sistemas productivos logren una mayor competitividad. Esta aproximación territorial al desarrollo debe estar enmarcada en las condiciones del saber-hacer local que potencie innovaciones a partir de proyectos no necesariamente grandes en su infraestructura industrial, haciendo parte de una red de estrategias descentralizadas.
