Die Preisentwicklung für Kaufimmobilien in Sachsen– Ein Überblick über die aktuellen Daten

Abstract

Wie überall in Deutschland zieht es auch in Sachsen die Bevölkerung in die Städte. Entsprechend steigen die Kaufpreise für Wohnimmobilien – auch im näheren Umland zu den Großstädten. Allerdings ist die Wohnkostenbelastung in Sachsen im Vergleich zu anderen Regionen Deutschlands immer noch deutlich niedriger. In allen deutschen Großstädten liegt die durchschnittliche Mietbelastung bei 35,2 %, in sächsischen Großstädten liegt diese Quote bei 30,4 %.
