Functional content and features of crisis management of business organizations in Ukrainian realities

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of anti-crisis management by modern organizations in conditions of uncertainty and risk. The theoretical provisions of anti-crisis management of business organizations were deepened, the components and tools of the process of anti-crisis management of activities were defined, and the place of anti-crisis development in the system of anti-crisis management of modern enterprises was investigated. In the course of the study, the conceptual apparatus was expanded in the part of clarifying the essence of the categories "anti-crisis management" and "anti-crisis development of of business organizations". It has been proven that the anti-crisis development of the organization should be focused on supporting and improving the current state of the enterprise, maximum use of internal reserves and resources, overcoming destructive manifestations of crisis processes, internal imbalances, strengthening economic and competitive positions, adapting the business organization to external conditions and trends, etc. The components of anti-crisis strategic programs for the development of business organizations are determined. Operational (tactical) and strategic methods of anti-crisis management of the enterprise are highlighted. The relevance of the implementation of tactical tools for the exit of the enterprise from the crisis has been proven. Which include: downsizing, benchmarking, outsourcing, regularization, modernization, diversification, merger, reengineering. It has been proven that the formation of an effective anti-crisis management program by a business organization is based on comprehensive diagnosis, assessment of crisis phenomena and crisis-forming factors in the activities of business organizations. Timely recognition and identification of the causes of crisis situations of business organizations at the level with effective use of economic tools of anti-crisis development will allow to develop an effective program for exiting the crisis.
