Poslovna Sigurnost U Vanjskotrgovinskom Poslovanju

Abstract

Međunarodno poslovanje obuhvaća sve komercijalne aktivnosti koje se odvijaju radi promicanja prijenosa roba, usluga, resursa, ljudi, ideja i tehnologija preko državnih granica. Ono se odvija u mnogo različitih oblika, a odnosi se na kretanje robe iz jedne zemlje u drugu (izvoz, uvoz, trgovina), ugovorne sporazume koji omogućuju stranim tvrtkama korištenje proizvoda, usluga i procesa iz drugih zemalja (licenciranje, franšizing), formiranje i poslovanje prodajnih, proizvodnih, istraživačkih i razvojnih te distribucijskih objekata na inozemnim tržištima. Međunarodna trgovina je razmjena kapitala, dobara i usluga preko međunarodnih granica ili teritorija. Sve zemlje trebaju robu i usluge kako bi zadovoljile svoje ljude. Proizvodnja roba i usluga zahtijeva resurse. Svaka zemlja ima ograničena sredstva; stoga država sama ne može proizvesti sva dobra i usluge koje joj trebaju. Potrebnu robu koja se ne može proizvesti ili je količina nedovoljna prema potrebi, potrebno je osigurati ju iz drugih zemalja. U fokusu ovog rada je definiranje i objašnjavanje različitih rizika u vanjskotrgovinskim odnosima radi postizanja poslovne sigurnosti, a s ciljem ukazivanja na političke, ekonomske i kulturološke rizike koji mogu ugroziti poslovanje.
