Abstract
Effective communication and teamwork are essential for operational success in multicultural manufacturing environments. This study investigates the influence of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) training on enhancing communication and teamwork among foreign workers in Malaysia’s manufacturing sector. Using a quantitative descriptive design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire from a sample of 377 foreign workers, selected using a stratified random sampling technique across manufacturing firms in Melaka. The study employed Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses to evaluate relationships among CQ training, communication, and teamwork.
