The purpose of the work is to develop a logic for managing the tender process from the selection of an opportunity to the accumulation of experience after the completion of the procedure. The material is a corpus of modern peer–reviewed publications on bid management, proposal preparation, custom manufacturing, procurement management, and cross–functional interaction. The analytical part reveals the criteria for the decision on participation, the model of application preparation and ways to consolidate the tender knowledge. The practical value is associated with the application of the proposed logic in the work of tender, engineering and economic departments.
