Teoretyczne Podstawy Ekonomiki Rolnictwa

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono teoretyczne podstawy ekonomiki rolnictwa, koncentrując się na zagadnieniach ekonomicznych w strategicznym sektorze zapewniającym bezpieczeństwo żywnościowe kraju. Podano różnorodne definicje rolnictwa, opisano Europejski Model Rolnictwa (EMR) i wskazano na istnienie czterech paradygmatów, dotyczących podejścia państwa do sektora rolnego. W celu usystematyzowania dotychczasowej wiedzy dotyczącej badanego zagadnienia, zastosowano przegląd literatury przedmiotu i analizę aktów prawnych dotyczących ekonomiki rolnictwa. Analiza literatury objęła 19 publikacji zgodnych z zakresem tematycznym badanego tematu oraz 3 ustawy. Dokonano identyfikacji miejsca ekonomiki rolnictwa w naukach ekonomicznych, przedstawiono jej przedmiot, zadania i interdyscyplinarność (związek z naukami przyrodniczymi i technicznymi). Zwrócono uwagę, że współcześnie szeroko rozumiane nauki ekonomiczno-rolnicze coraz mocniej zbliżają się do ekonomii ogólnej, czerpią z jej narzędzi i metodologii badawczej oraz aparatury pojęciowej. Wskazano na zależności pomiędzy ekonomiką ogólną rolnictwa, ekonomiką produkcji rolniczej, a także ekonomiką gospodarstwa. Ponieważ przepisy UE dotyczące wspólnej polityki rolnej wpływają na polskie gospodarstwa, ważne jest, aby badać ich efekty ekonomiczne.
