Abstract

The World Health Organization establishes intimate partner violence against women as a severe and growing Public Health problem worldwide, also considering it a serious violation of Human Rights, which translates into a negative impact on their quality of life, their decisions, their attitudes, and their physical, mental, sexual, reproductive, and economic well-being. This is why the timely detection of possible cases of violence is of vital importance.
