Wohnungsmarkt: Kaufen versus Mieten in deutschen Großstädten

Abstract

Die Mieten und Preise in den deutschen Großstädten sind seit 2010 kräftig gestiegen. Dennoch ist das Wohnen in den deutschen Metropolen heute teilweise erschwinglicher als noch 2010. Ursächlich hierfür sind die durchschnittlich gestiegenen Einkommen und vor allem - mit Blick auf das Wohneigentum - die gefallenen Zinsen. Entsprechend ist in allen deutschen Großstädten das Kaufen günstiger als das Mieten.
