Abstract

Ce travail s'attache à décrire les changements de l'offre de travail dans les pays de l'OCDE au cours des dernières décennies. Lorsqu'on considère l'offre de travail sur ce moyen et long terme de façon appropriée, c'est-à-dire en prenant en compte tous ses éléments (âge, éducation, sexe, temps partiel comme temps complet), on peut améliorer la compréhension de certains faits relatifs à la structure des salaires par âge et au chômage des jeunes ou des femmes (...).
