Abstract

In the Russian Federation in a fairly short period of time a unified system of interagency electronic interaction was established and is now functioning . However, the practice of submission of documents and information concerning interdepartmental requests the provision of public and municipal services demonstrates the need for qualitative improvement of electronic document management system. The work developed and introduced a new integrated model of organization in the Russian Federation of interdepartmental information interaction in the provision of public and municipal services, including the design of a uniform procedure of information exchange at all levels of government. The proposed model is based on the need to create a unified system of state registration and involves the establishment of uniform standards for state registration of rights to information and documents on interdepartmental inquiries and uniform procedure for organizing such a public accounting.
