Abstract

Este Trabajo Profesional tiene por objetivos principales: (a) Relevar el nivel de satisfacción laboral (tanto cognitivo como afectivo) de los profesionales académicos de la FCEyS de la UNMdP. (b) Identificar los atributos del trabajo para los que se observan niveles de satisfacción menores y mayores, en relación a la media. (c) Analizar la influencia de la edad, el género, el nivel educativo, la jerarquía del cargo, la dedicación y la condición de contratación en la satisfacción laboral del académico. (d) Interpretar las causas que motivan niveles de satisfacción menores y mayores en los docentes.
