La percepción de los inversores de los riesgos regulatorios e institucionales en América Latina

Abstract

El presente informe describe la percepción que tienen las grandes empresas españolas del sector de infraestructuras de los riesgos y obstáculos regulatorios e institucionales a los que se enfrentaron sus proyectos en América Latina. Se basa en entrevistas personales realizadas a directivos de 15 grandes empresas españolas con proyectos de infraestructura en la región. Para preservar la confidencialidad de las opiniones individuales vertidas, no se incluyen referencias específicas a los puntos de vista de ninguna empresa.
