Abstract

Cette étude s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'ANR DIACODD, dont elle a financièrement bénéficié. Résumé Dans un contexte de lutte contre le changement climatique, et dans l'objectif de faciliter l'adoption de comportements écologiques, les dispositifs d'étiquetage carbone se déploient actuellement, qui visent à modifier les comportements du consommateur. L'opportunité de cette solution est ici qualitativement étudiée, non pas sous l'angle de sa compréhension mais sous celui de son interprétation par le consommateur. Les résultats montrent que le dispositif, dans sa logique actuelle de délégation auprès des consommateurs de la résolution des problèmes, génèrent des phénomènes de réticence et de résistance et, au total, des problèmes d'acceptabilité sociale. Summary In context of the fight against climate change, and in order to facilitate the adoption of environmentally behaviors, carbon labeling schemes currently deployed, which aim at changing consumer behavior. The opportunity of this solution is qualitatively studied here, not in terms of its understanding but under its interpretation by the consumer. The results show that the device, in its current logic delegation consumer problem solving, generate reluctance and resistance phenomena and, in total, the problems of social acceptability.
