La méthode du Delphi argumentaire, une innovation managériale dans le cadre d'un projet complexe

Abstract

Une innovation managériale, comme toutes les innovations, n'apparaît pas comme une simple diffusion réussie, elle se consolide ou s'affaiblit, elle se justifie et elle se légitime, à travers différents accords et controverses. C'est cette attention portée aux controverses qui justifie l'utilisation de la méthode du Delphi argumentaire dans le cadre de la gestion d'un projet complexe. Nous exposons d'abord la méthode, en la présentant comme une innovation managériale : elle modifie les pratiques du management du projet en faisant appel à un panel d'experts au sein duquel les accords et controverses qui se développent améliorent à la fois la connaissance, la légitimation et donc la conduite d'un projet. Nous détaillons ensuite un exemple d'utilisation de cette méthode du Delphi argumentaire dans le cadre d'un projet d'implantation d'une plate-forme collaborative, en montrant à fois le déroulement de la méthode et les résultats obtenus. En conclusion, nous soutenons que la méthode du Delphi argumentaire, en élargissant l'horizon du management de projet, est une innovation managériale qui améliore la créativité et pourrait être utilisée dans de nombreux domaines.
