Abstract

L'étude du cas de la France a permis de prendre la mesure de l'impact des pesticides sur les écosystèmes terrestres, aquatiques et maritimes. La France est le deuxième pays dans le monde après les États-Unis quant à la consommation de pesticides, en particulier de fongicides. Cette consommation et cette utilisation ne sont pas sans risque pour l'homme, dans un premier point les auteurs envisagent les risques des pesticides à travers les conséquences plus ou moins connues concernant la santé humaine. Le deuxième point traite de la situation française en termes de qualité des eaux et de résidus dans les produits agricoles.
