Abstract

Das vorliegende Gutachten untersucht die Wettbewerbsverhältnisse auf dem deutschen Mobilfunkmarkt. Auf der Grundlage einer umfassenden empirischen Untersuchung kommt das Gutachten zu dem Ergebnis, dass sowohl auf dem Endkunden- als auch auf dem Vorleistungsmarkt im Bereich des öffentlichen Mobilfunks wirksamer Wettbewerb herrscht und keine Anzeichen für eine zukünftige Verschlechterung der Wettbewerbsverhältnisse zu Lasten der Endkunden vorliegen.
