Abstract

[Vorwort:] "Gescheitert zum Erfolg - Fehlerfreundliche Kultur in kleinen und in großen Organisationen" - das war der Titel des 13. Mannheimer Gesprächs der FOM Hochschule. "Neue Arbeit(swelten)" und Ideenmanagement standen im Zentrum der acht Vorträge in Mannheim. Noch währende der Veranstaltung kam der Vorschlag auf, hierzu einen Sammelband herauszugeben. Direkt mit dem Thema des Ideenmanagements beschäftigt sich der Beitrag von Hans-Jörg Fischer, der die steuerliche Seite des Ideenmanagements beleuchtet. Breiter behandelt das Thema "Ideenmanagement" Hans-Rüdiger Munzke im Interview mit Jesco Lippert In der Folge stellte sich "New Work" als eigener Schwerpunkt. Ein einleitender Beitrag des Herausgebers gibt einen Überblick über die Diskussion. Speziell mit der Arbeitsmotivation in einer digitalisierten Arbeitswelt beschäftigt sich Thomas Mühlbradt. Einen Überblick ganz eigener Art bietet Gottfried Richenhagen mit seinem Beitrag "New Teamwork - Wie funktioniert Teamarbeit heute?" Die Entwicklung der Neuen Arbeit - oder die Entwicklung zur Neuen Arbeit? - ist in vollem Zuge. Endgültige Antworten sind aktuell noch nicht zu erwarten. Doch kann der vorliegende Band vielleicht den einen oder anderen Impuls zu dieser Diskussion beitragen.
