Abstract

Die traditionelle österreichische Arbeitsmarktpolitik stößt an Grenzen, wenn es um die Integration marginalisierter Personen mit vielfältigen Arbeitsmarktproblemen geht. Folglich bedarf es eines holistischen Ansatzes der Integrationspolitik, in dem arbeitsmarkt-, bildungs- und gesundheitspolitische Maßnahmen kombiniert werden, um die sozioökonomische Isolation marginalisierter Personen zu überwinden. Die Erkenntnisse der EQUAL-Entwicklungspartnerschaft ida ("Erweiterter Arbeitsmarkt – Integration durch Arbeit"), mit innovativen Maßnahmen die Reintegration ausgegrenzter Personen zu fördern, liefern Anhaltspunkte für ähnliche Aktivitäten in der Zukunft.
