Abstract

Analyzing the impact of the enterprise’s dynamic knowledge management capabilities on innovation performance provides a reference to enhance dynamic knowledge management capabilities and innovation performance. This paper combines dynamic capabilities and knowledge management to build a new conceptual model of the integrated model. First, a theoretical model of the impact of dynamic knowledge management capabilities on management innovation is constructed. A questionnaire survey is conducted on enterprises in some cities. Then, the statistical analysis is adopted to test the proposed hypotheses. The manufacturing enterprises are the most, followed by electronic machinery and information communication. Most enterprises have both input and output innovation, followed by only the former. There is a clear correlation between most of the dimensions of dynamic knowledge management capabilities and innovation performance. Dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on the products, processes, and cooperative innovation performance. It has the most obvious impact on product performance. Dynamic knowledge management capabilities have a significantly positive impact on innovation performance. Therefore, enterprises should focus on cultivating dynamic knowledge management capabilities and improving innovation performance. Enterprises should encourage employees to innovate actively, cultivate their awareness of innovation, and pay attention to the development of new products.
