Отбор Партнера По Лицензионному Соглашению

Abstract

В статье дан экономический анализ лицензионного сотрудничества, при котором лицензиат получает право производить и продавать продукт по технологии и под товарным знаком лицензиара. Сформулированы критерии отбора оптимального партнера по лицензионному договору с учетом создания у него стимулов к долгосрочному сотрудничеству, риска провала партнерства и ресурсных ограничений. Показана важность совпадения целей сотрудничества у лицензиата и лицензиара.
