L?innovazione collaborativa nei porti: aspetti metodologici ed alcune evidenze empiriche

Abstract

Il presente lavoro si focalizza sul ruolo delle relazioni inter-organizzative per l?innovazione nei porti, quale contributo all?avanzamento delle conoscenze sul tema pi? generale della generazione e gestione dell?innovazione all?interno di reti complesse. A questo fine il lavoro propone un framework teorico, in grado di definire gli elementi che contribuiscono all?innovazione collaborativa nei porti; in particolare, vengono proposte alcune service supply chain che evidenziano come il processo di innovazione nel porto sia il portato di un insieme sempre pi? complesso di servizi core e complementari, il coinvolgimento di un numero crescente di attori e l?utilizzo e la combinazione di un?ampia tipologia di risorse. Per ciascuna delle service supply chain vengono, altres?, presentati una serie di casi che dimostrano come la collaborazione abbia permesso al porto di attivare un processo di innovazione che supera i propri confini tradizionali e che coinvolge differenti attori del contesto economico locale. Il lavoro si chiude proponendo un insieme di azioni che possono favorire, attraverso varie forme di collaborazione, un ruolo attivo dell?Autorit? Portuale, sia come manager e/o facilitatore, per lo sviluppo e la diffusione dell?innovazione nel porto e nel territorio e identificando alcune future linee della ricerca.
