Abstract

Die Ängste und Sorgen in weiten Teilen der Bevölkerung rund um Pandemie, Inflation und Ukraine-Krieg reißen nicht ab. Der erneute harte Corona-Winter war kaum bewältigt und schon wird die Bevölkerung ohne Verschnaufpause mit Klimakatastrophen sowie dem Krieg in Europa und den damit verbunde- nen wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Folgen sowie Befürchtungen um eine Aus- weitung des Krieges in den nächsten Krisenmodus geführt. Das geht nicht spurlos an den Menschen vorbei. Gesundheitsfachleute und Psychologen berichten von auffällig vielen Hilfsersuchen in Bezug auf krisen- und kriegs- bedingte Zukunftsängste, Schlafstörungen, Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten und Unsicherheiten (ASU Zeitschrift für medizinische Prävention 2022; Jung 2022; Robinson 2022).
