Rentenreformen und ArbeitnehmerInnenrechte im EU-Vergleich : Zwischen Eigenverantwortung und Solidarität

Abstract

Rentensysteme und Rentenreformen in der EU bewegen sich im Spannungsverhältnis von Solidarität und Eigenverantwortung. Diese beiden Prinzipien werden länder- und zeitabhängig definiert. Dennoch lassen sich gemeinsame Entwicklungstendenzen erkennen. Wir analysieren vier Entwicklungstendenzen bezogen auf Reformcharakteristika: institutionelle Verschiebungen, institutionelle Erneuerungen und Veränderungen in der Interessenvertretung, von denen wir eine allgemeine Entwicklung ableiten. Die Analyse dieser Länderübergreifenden Tendenzen zeigt, dass Eigenverantwortung und Solidarität in Rentensystemen redefiniert und neu verlinkt werden, sodass sie einander letztlich bedingen.
