KI-Governance und -Management nach COBIT® 2019

Abstract

Mit der zunehmenden Nutzung von Künstlicher Intelli-genz (KI) stehen Unternehmen vor der Herausforderung, den Einsatz derar-tiger KI-Systeme vor dem Hintergrund beträchtlicher Risiken und ethischer Anforderungen zu steuern und zu überwachen. Es stellen sich somit Fragen des Managements wie der Governance von KI gleichermaßen. Statt hierfür neue Konzepte und Modelle zu entwickeln, schlägt dieses Arbeitspapier einen anderen Weg ein und zeigt auf, dass der IT-Governance und -Manage-mentstandard COBIT® 2019 für den Einsatz von KI im Unternehmen genutzt werden kann. Hierzu werden insgesamt acht IT-Governance- bzw. IT-Managementzielsetzungen des COBIT® "Core Model" hinsichtlich des Einsatzes von KI-Systemen adaptiert. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich, dass die Spe-zialisierung der verschiedenen Komponenten der Beschreibungsstruktur der IT-Governance- und -Managementzielsetzungen von COBIT® 2019 wirk-sam die Anforderungen an die KI-Governance im Unternehmen darstellen und in der Summe ein handlungsorientiertes Framework für die KI-Gover-nance und -Management bilden kann.
