Abstract

Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) hat längst strategische Bedeutung für die Entwicklung von Volkswirtschaften. Im internationalen Wettbewerb versuchen sich die Länder gut aufzustellen, um Wettbewerbsvorteile zu erreichen. Welches Land hier jedoch die Nase vorn hat, hängt von der Messgröße ab.
