Wachstumsbremse Fachkräfteengpässe

Abstract

Die Fachkräfteengpässe in Deutschland hemmen zunehmend das Wachstumspotenzial. Am deutschen Arbeitsmarkt fehlen derzeit etwa 440.000 qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte. Wenn deutsche Unternehmen diesen Fachkräftebedarf decken könnten, würde die Wirtschaftsleistung in Deutschland um bis zu 0,9 Prozent oder rund 30 Milliarden Euro höher ausfallen.
