Lern- und Entwicklungsprozesse im Kontext der digitalen Transformation: Glossar für die betriebliche Bildungsarbeit

Abstract

Agilität, Kompetenzmanagement und (digitales) Lernen sind nur wenige Schlagworte, mit denen sich Unternehmen und insbesondere das berufliche Bildungspersonal im Kontext moderner Arbeit auseinandersetzen müssen. Doch welche Lern- und Entwicklungsprozesse im Kontext der digitalen Transformation finden eigentlich in den Unternehmen statt? Wie lernen Unternehmen und warum ist das Lernen in und bei der Arbeit so wichtig? Das Glossar bietet begriffliche Abgrenzungen, Erklärungen und Systematisierungen, die einen schnellen Einblick in den aktuellen Forschungsstand und darüber hinaus mit praktischen Tipps und konkreten Beispielen aus verschiedenen Betrieben verknüpft. Aus einem interdisziplinären Blick werden unter anderem folgende Fragen aufgegriffen und diskutiert: Wie tickt die Generation Z? Welche (digitalen) Kompetenzanforderungen bestehen und was ist Lernen 4.0? Was ist Selbstwirksamkeit und warum ist es sinnvoll auf diese und die Lernmotivation der Beschäftigten einzugehen?
