Abstract

Der Artikel beschäftigt sich mit den Bedingungen einer zukunftsfähigen Energie- und Klimaschutzpolitik. Hierzu werden die Risiken der heutigen Energieerzeugung und -nutzung, die Qualitäts- und Handlungsziele, die Rechtsnormen der EU, Deutschlands und Berlins zum Klimaschutz skizziert und die Strategiepfade einer nachhaltigen Energiepolitik erörtert.
