Abstract

* Kommunen müssen sich den beiden Megatrends demografischer Wandel und Digitalisierung stellen. * Digitale Technologien können dazu beitragen, die Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens auch im hohen Lebensalter möglichst eigenständig auszuführen. * Digitale Kompetenzen sind zur Bewältigung des Alltags unerlässlich. * Ältere Menschen müssen für den Umgang mit digitalen Technologien sensibilisiert werden. Ein umfassender Ansatz geht dabei weit über Angebote zur Internetschulung hinaus. * Es besteht ein enger Zusammenhang zwischen dem subjektiven Gesundheitszustand und der Akzeptanz neuer Technologien.
