Abstract

Oсновным мотивом для написания данных "Дискуссионных материалов" является ознакомление читателя с организациeй и работой информационно-консультационной службы в настоящий момент в России на примере Oмской области, а также показать работу подобных служб в Западной Европе на примере Германии. Пример Германии особенно интересен тем, что там, в Восточных землях, так же состоялось создание консалтинговых служб на селе практически с нуля. Так же в данной работе будет представлена методика все чаще используемая в консалтинговых службах для анализа предприятий по методу бенчмаркинга. Она известна под именем анализ оболочки данных или же Data Envelopment Analysis.
