Moderne Entgeltsysteme für die Transformation: Ein beteiligungsorientierter Weg zu systematischen und gerechten Entgelten am praktischen Beispiel

Abstract

Die digitale Transformation verändert die Arbeit in technologischer und organisatorischer Hinsicht. Dadurch verändern sich auch die Anforderungen an die Beschäftigten. Es stellt sich die Frage, wie diese Veränderungen in anforderungsgerechten und gleichzeitig diskriminierungsfreien Entgeltsystemen abgebildet werden können. In diesem Working Paper wird am Beispiel eines Projekts der Förderlinie Transformation gezeigt, wie ein Konzept für ein modernes Entgeltsystem in einem beteiligungsorientierten Prozess gestaltet werden kann. Die Projektschritte werden im Einzelnen beschrieben und die Ergebnisse des Beispielprojekts dargestellt. Diese Beschreibungen und eine kurzgefasste Checkliste können weitere Projekte dieser Art anregen und unterstützen.
