Risikoorientierte Kundenbewertung: Eine Fallstudie

Abstract

Eine wichtige Aufgabe der risikoorientierten Kundenbewertung (oder synonym des wertorientierten Credit Managements) ist, Risiko- und Ertragsinformationen zum Kunden in einer aussagekräftigen Kennzahl zu bündeln. Mit der Zeitdauer des Risikos (ZDdR) diskutiert der Beitrag eine Lösung, die das Risiko-Ertrags- Verhältnis eines Kunden auf einfache, interpretierbare und nachvollziehbare Weise quantifiziert. Im Rahmen einer realen Fallstudie wird die praktische Eignung des Konzeptes illustriert. Der Beitrag diskutiert ausgewählte Anwendungen für Analyse, Controlling und Steuerung (z.B. Kreditlimitierung).
