Abstract

Das vorliegende FIW-Jahresgutachten widmet sich der aktuellen Entwicklung der österreichischen Außenwirtschaft. Im Zentrum stehen eine Darstellung und Beschreibung der Handelsaktivitäten im Jahr 2021 sowie eine kurz- und mittelfristige Prognose. Die Einschätzung der aktuellen Lage beruht auf vorläufigen Daten bis zum III. Quartal bzw. wenn verfügbar bis zum Spätherbst 2021. Die kurzfristige Prognose umfasst die Zeitperiode von 2021 bis 2023 und widmet sich schwerpunktmäßig dem Jahr 2022. Die mittelfristige Prognose gibt darüber hinaus eine Einschätzung über die möglichen Entwicklungen bis zum Jahr 2026.
