Our work aims to examine the relationship between the instability management of asymmetric strategic alliances by a multinational hub firm, and network performance and dynamics. Nous avons ainsi proposé un cadre d'analyse de la performance du réseau comprenant à la fois des variables " issues " (valeur créée et répartition) et des variables " processus " (dynamique d'évolution et management).
