La Token Economy per l’ottimizzazione del rendimento scolastico di studenti della scuola secondaria di secondo grado

Abstract

The strategy of the Token Economy can be implemented in order to increase learning motivation through the reinforcement of specific positive behaviors. More specifically, subjects gain tokens after performing the target behaviors involved in the contract. Tokens can be exchanged to obtain specific rewards, previously agreed. This study aims at testing the usefulness of a Token Economy for students attending upper secondary schools and optimizing their performance by increasing learning motivation.
