Abstract

Este trabajo pretende ofrecer un breve resumen general de la situación actual del derecho de cooperativas de la Unión Europea (UE) desde la perspectiva de la armonización de las leyes de cooperativas en Europa. También se presenta el punto de vista del autor sobre el posible futuro tanto del derecho cooperativo de la UE como de la armonización de las leyes cooperativas nacionales.
