Public-Private Partnership In The Conditions Of Globalization Of World Economic Ties

Abstract

There is an urgent problem of formation of the special sector of economy, which would focus on the development of fundamentally new for the existing market of goods and production innovation of new technical developments, new technologies, new solutions and new management methods resulting in the economy. Only under this condition, it becomes possible to transfer the economy to the innovative way of development, its transformation into a "knowledge economy" through the strengthening of the role and significance of knowledge-intensive production. With the possible resolution of this critical issue is the whole complex of interacting with her task, first of all - simulation and creation of full-fledged market of innovative products, creating a special mechanism of interaction of supply and demand for innovative development and demand for them on the part of enterprise structures.
