Abstract

Increasing competition forms a new model of economical growth and suggests a simultaneous solution of strategic problems and improving of business climate and elevation of investment attractiveness. Control of the conditions and procedures to network assets in natural monopolies (gas transport, railway infrastructure) is needed to decrease risks. Furthermore, increasment of competition levels needs rough restrictions and control over the creation of subsidiaries by subjects of the natural monopolies in unruled segments.
