Abstract

Level of innovation activity in Russia is essentially lower than it is in developed countries. As long as innovation activity is provided by national innovation system, the meaning of education system is one of the key factors; scientific and methodological ensuring of state policy for innovation development and staffing is very actual for Russian economy.
