La Tarifa de Distribución antes y después de la Reestructuración del Sector Eléctrico

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es comparar la Tarifa Media Global por kWh de distribución eléctrica de SEGBA, en el período 1980-1991, con la correspondiente a EDENOR, EDESUR y EDELAP, durante 1992-2001. Se presentan distintas estimaciones que permiten comparar el antes y el después de la reestructuración para el conjunto de los clientes así como específicamente para los “usuarios cautivos” y los comprendidos en la categoría T1-R1. También son comparados algunos aspectos de la calidad incluida en el servicio de distribución.
