Abstract

تولي النظم الحديثة مسألة ضمان وحماية الودائع المصرفية أهمية قصوى من أجل استقرار النظم المصرفية والمالية مع تفاوت الدول في التطبيق واشتراكها في أنها طبقت نظم الحماية إثر أزمات مالية طالت نظمها المصرفية والمالية. وهذا الكتاب دراسة مقارنة نقبت في النظم التقليدية لضمان الودائع ونظرت في مدى ملاءمتها للمصارف الإسلامية بعد أن ناقشت الآراء الفقهية حول الضمان بصفة عامة وضمان الودائع بصفة خاصة. وما جاء بالكتاب من عرض ومناقشة لجوانب موضوع ضمان الودائع قد يعتبر لبنة أولى في التصور المنشود لنظم حماية الودائع التي تنسجم مع الأسس الفكرية والمتطلبات العملية للنظام المصرفي الإسلامي.
