Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы формирования и развития системы внутренней продовольственной помощи социально незащищенным слоям населения столичного мегаполиса Нур-Султан (Астана). На основе анализа международного опыта и собственной практики предлагается модель логистической архитектуры продовольственного обеспечения, включающая оптово-распределительный центр, мультимодальный индустриально-логистический парк, производственно-логистический комплекс. Товарно-денежные и властные отношения государства, потребителей и поставщиков продовольствия. Ключевые слова: Инфраструктура социальной помощи населению в мегаполисе, логистическая инфраструктура продовольственного обеспечения, оптово-распределительный центр, мультимодальный индустриально-логистический парк, взаимодействие государственных структур с потребителями и поставщиками продовольствия.
