Abstract

Este artículo expone el proceso de descentralización y la contradicción en los discursos de desarrollo, a partir de la realidad rural o campesina de Colombia. Se trata de una descripción de aspectos relacionados con la descentralización la gestión pública hacia el desarrollo y el desarrollo local a partir de un contexto como es el de Economía Campesina. Se trata de una mirada histórica y recorrido por la literatura sobre las categorías de análisis: Desarrollo, descentralización y Economía Campesina, involucrando un análisis sobre las transformaciones en Colombia. Abstract This article describes the process of decentralization and the contradiction in the discourse of development, from the peasant or rural reality of Colombia. This is a description of aspects of decentralization of public administration towards development and local development from a context such as the Peasant Economy. It is a historical look and tour of the literature on the analysis categories: Development, Decentralization and Rural Economy, involving an analysis of the transformations in Colombia.
