Politica de dezvoltare regionala a Romaniei in contextul integrarii în structurile Uniunii Europene

Abstract

Dezvoltarea regională este un proces complex care cuprinde o serie de componente interdependente, legislative şi instituţionale, de stabilire a unor noi tipuri de relaţii între diferite sectoare şi domenii de activitate, între autorităţi şi colectivităţi. De asemenea, acest proces este legat de mentalitate, tradiţii şi comportament, de formarea profesională şi adaptarea la noile schimbări ce au loc la nivel local, regional, naţional şi internaţional. În România, dezvoltarea regională a apărut ca o necesitate, pe de o parte, pentru a corecta decalajele regionale existente şi, pe de altă parte, pentru a prelua şi a aplica legislaţia Uniunii Europene în acest domeniu (Capitolul 21 al acquis-ului comunitar). Teza de doctorat isi propune sa analizeze politica regionala a Romaniei din perspectiva integrarii in Uniunea Europeana.
