Abstract

As a result of climatic conditions such as dry climate, limited arable land and scarce water resources, the Arab region is import dependent for most food commodities. There is a continuously rising discrepancy between food production and food consumption. This makes the region more and more dependent on world markets, which have become increasingly volatile in recent times.Food security is one of the most important the most important challenges facing the Arab world.Promotion of agricultural industrialization leads to raise the added value of agricultural crops and to reduce waste, and leads to maintaining the health and safety of citizens. This research aims to study the activation of the role of agricultural industrialization in achieving Arab food security.
