Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване е аргументацията на тезата, че упражняването на правото на отпуск (неговото ползване) е хипотеза на изменение на индивидуалното трудово правоотношение. Понятието „изменение на трудовото правоотношение” се разглежда в по-общ аспект, надхвърлящ правната уредба в чл. 118-123а от Кодекса на труда и във връзка с всички възможни негови проявления. По повод на анализа се взема становище и за пряко свързания с този въпрос проблем относно класифицирането на правото на отпуск от гледна точка на научно изградената видова класификация на субективните права.
